Located just 55 km from Hyderabad, in close proximity to cocoa growing areas of South India. Equipped with sophisticated machinery from Germany, UK, Denmark and Italy the plant is State of the Art in the business of chocolate making. The unique food processing unit consists of a cocoa and a chocolate manufacturing plant which started production in 1992. At that time the promoters of the company were Mrs. Sharada (renowned South Indian cine artiste) and Mr. Vijayaraghavan Namblar an engineer from IIT (India) and MIT (USA) with a robust experience in the fields of chocolate making and sales. The plant has been Master planned, engineered and designed by Magal Associates.
Lotus Chocolate products include Cocoa Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Lotus Plain Choco paste, Ice Cream coverings, Drinking Chocolate Powder, Chocolate Sauce, Chocolate Decorative, Handmade Chocolates, Chocolate Candies & Chocolate Bars, Cooking Chocolate slabs, Chips, Drops, Choco creams & Pastes and Compound Slabs.
