A Five storied building with a basement was proposed by Magal Associates and the same was realized within a 9 months period. The result is a Retail building of over 35,000 sq.ft., in Phase 1. The frontage has not been treated with Retail in mind as the client is a strong leader in furnishings for Indian and U.S homes and wants to take the time to build up Phase 2 before any of the facade is opened up to the road. The site is endowed with a 150’ wide road facing and has received a successful Retail cum Warehouse building, the largest in the region amongst non-industrial buildings.
