Planned by Magal Associates on 3 acres of land on possibly one of the most expensive pieces of Real Estate left in the core of the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, the design is a reaction to the speculative nature of Real Estate in the region. A handsome contemporary design influenced strongly by the Principal Architect Sateesh Magal's experience with Cooper Carry Inc., and HOK Atlanta, USA.
